We are fully insured, qualified and experienced to carry out legionnaires surveys, landlord Gas Safety Certificates for all gas appliances and to work with commercial gas and LPG and we also cover air conditioning – this means we can work on much larger boilers fit for commercial premises such as gyms, leisure centres, swimming pools and residential and office blocks.
Landlords are legally obliged to ensure that gas appliances and flues are safety checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Not only boilers but any type of gas appliance – there are some exclusions for gas appliances solely owned by tenants.

There are many risks associated with Legionnaires’ disease as the infection affects various parts of the body. Main symptoms include fever, coughs, fatigue and muscle pain. Legionnaires’ can also lead to gastrointestinal issues, this includes nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Older people and individuals with underlying illnesses and weaker immune systems are more at risk than others, with them having a chance of respiratory failure and kidney failure.
