Driving Licence – You can be assured our engineers have full clean driving licences.

The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) – this helps employers make safer recruitment decisions and prevent unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups, including children. Therefore, it replaces the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA).  Each of our engineers are fully DBS checked.

Security– All customer keys are kept safe in our office under lock and key.

Uniforms– All engineers wear company uniforms and will arrive at your property in our clean, sign-written van

Customer Details– Under no circumstances will any customer’s details be shared, sold or in way passed on to any third party.

Clean – We do our utmost to protect the cleanliness of your home by wearing protective overshoes, putting down dust sheets wherever necessary and treating your home as if it were our own.  Engineers have their own hoovers that are taken to every job to ensure that your home is left exactly as we found it

We have a range of systems we use so we can work smart managing jobs and customers’ satisfaction including a software that enables us to keep on track of works ongoing and coming up and reminds our customers – particularly landlords – of annual requirements in order to meet legislation.
